With over a 17 year's experience of project, account, operations and studio management, I am available for freelance and contract roles. I represent that rare blend of both project and account management; financially, logically and technically minded, and obsessed with getting projects completed on time and on budget. Alongside this, I am able to work directly with clients, getting to know them and their requirements to deliver the best possible results.

With every project, I am able to see it from a dual point of view; the delivery aspect of scope, resource, budget and governance, and the client services side of client satisfaction, profitability and opportunity.

Thanks to my Project Management Professional certification, I also follow the PMBOK principles, and apply all the old school methodologies to projects. Be it RAID, RACI, SOW, change control, risk management, critical paths... I could go on.
